Excerpts From An Open Public Letter to Police Chief James Dorris
James Dorris is the Chief of Police of Soap Lake, Washington where I have resided now since October of 2009. He has taken out a temporary restraining order against me and my neighbor, Mike Power, because he thinks he has the right to inhibit the freedom of the press, the freedom of speech and the rights of citizens, residents and humans living in Soap Lake.
Following are excerpts from a letter that is being delivered to the Grant County Superior Court and the Grant County Circuit Court on June 30th, 2010, wherein Mr. Dorris will have an opportunity to respond to public allegations of corruption, injustice, stupidity and ignorance.
Dear Mr. Dorris,
I appreciate the fact that your major primary role in Soap Lake as the Chief of Police is to keep the Peace and the role of the Courts is similar to yours.
Without Peace there can be no trust between humans. My sole complaint to you Sir as a highly intelligent citizen of Soap Lake is that you accepted an illegal order from the Mayor, Wayne (Hitler) Hovde.
You had no business being at my residence at any time during the past eight months unless you had probable cause and or a search warrant. There is mounting evidence all over Soap Lake from dozens of citizens just like me to indicate that you have violated their trust as a Peace Officer and further violated their civil rights.
You have no right to spy on the citizens of Soap Lake, or to hire surveillant subservient cronies to spy on others.
You have sent your little children (Junior Officers) to various places where I predictably attend to my own business matters, such as the Library, John's Food Store, Van's Coffee House, and other public places in Soap Lake, looking for me to see what I am up to.
It has been a fun game of cat and mouse but the curious cat, well, you know what happened to it through no fault of the mouse.
I have every right as a journalist to write, publish and speak freely, under the Constitution of the United States, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Code of a Scientologist, the Code of Honor, and many other religious texts, anything I so desire to write or publish.
Rather than attack me under the Color of Law, let me first set the public record straight, before I suggest a more positive approach to settling certain pending legal matters before various courts in Grant County, Federal District Court in Seattle, and the International Court of Justice in the Hague.
It is my observation and personal opinion, which I have every right to express both privately and publicly, unless you are a Nazi or a Communist, and you subscribe to the abuses of power which you have publicly demonstrated in your actions, that you Good Sir are incompetent!
You lack rational judgment and are incapable of gathering accurate intelligence in the performance of your duties as the Chief of Police of Soap Lake, a position of trust and public office which carries the responsibility of making sure that the public safety is maintained rather than destroyed.
You have been observed to take information completely out of context and then act upon it without consulting with any third party and your arbitrary decisions are the result of your own personal paranoia.
You have been observed in public as being incapable of communicating at an acceptable competent executive level of intelligence.
These are charges that are being brought out publicly on the Internet in various places and you cannot stop anyone from expressing their opinion unless you feel you have the right to be a local tyranny producing dictator of your own personal dogma.
That is what you are attempting to be as evidenced by your actions and the performance of your duties.
Your actions and inactions in fact have incited civil unrest in the neighborhood of Fern Street and it is only through the efforts of intelligent men with discipline and superior knowledge that there has not been a huge outburst of violence in Soap Lake.

Victoria, a great close friend of mine once upon a time got into raising guinea pigs because they have long hair and go wee wee.
She ordered some guinea pigs from this woman back East. They came in on a 747.
A Tiny Pig was the only one who had anything to say when she picked them up from the lady bringing them in on the airplane.
All the way home he would go scree, scree, scree so she named him Spokes.
Today he is the spokes pig in pig heaven!
Victoria's Story About a Dog and a Cadillac
Here name was Bridgette.
The old lady who owned her had died and Bridgette needed a place to stay.
Her quest led her to Victoria.
She put it out to God and God sent a new Old Lady.
Bridgette had documents that came with her that included her likes and dislikes.
Bridgette didn't like riding in an automobile. If she did she would become violently ill.
Victoria old the new old lady about Bridgettes likes and dislikes.
Victoria hand delivered the dog to the new Old Lady.
Victoria called the new old lady several days later to see how Bridgette was doing.
"Parently, she's never rode in a Cadillac before!

If you Google Search the word “infinite” however you come up with less than an infinite number of names. More like 52 million results.
I was once asked by a News Reporter from the Tacoma News Tribune once why I have so many different names and aliases and so forth, which in his mind implied that I must be hiding something which is always a suspicion of paranoid people when they discover that you have aliases. Even more so if you have a powerful impact on any community, whether online or in real life.
“I suppose it’s because the post office never seemed to get my name right, the teachers that taught me the English language never seemed to get my name right, and after a while I just decided, hell with it, I might as well have an infinite number of names let alone one,” I told him!
Besides, having Infinite Personality Disorder can only be cured by having and focusing on one thing and living in one fixed way of life all your life right?
When you make a search for Infinite Acts it is interesting what comes up.
Infinity is an interesting subject to study.
That is what Infinitology is all about!
The study of the Infinite.
The Knowledge of the Infinite.
Infinite Knowledge, is that possible?
Infiniteness – is it really all around us and everywhere?

The Sad Story of the Soap Lake Pit Puppy That Sold For Six Pennies

The Executor to the Estate of the Penny King in Soap Lake Washington recently sold a pit bull puppy that had been a guest of the Infinite Freedom Foundation's headquarters at 117 North Fern Street in Soap Lake Washington.
The puppy was donated out of a litter of nine to the Foundation by a neighbor who couldn't afford to feed the litter of nine puppies born to a Pit Bull and Boxer Mix.
The price paid for the pit bull puppy was six pennies! A man named Frank, a Soap Lake Local, paid the pennies from his pocket on the spot near the corner of Main and Daisy just up from the Shell on Main Street. They were standing not too far from the Soap Lake Food Bank.
The Penny King's Estate, managed by Gabriel Infinitely Acts, was sponsoring the puppy's pet food and boarding at a penny per plate and a penny a day at the property which is owned by the Infinite Freedom Foundation which purchased the property last July for a penny!
Soap Lake is a side trip from Interstate 90 heading east over the pass from Seattle. Why would hundreds of thousands of people stop coming to the "City of Mineral Waters?
People used to come to Soap Lake for a healthful stay, some even to heal or die in retirement.
Those who were not born in Grant County who come to Soap Lake for any other reason than a quick stop at the public restroom soon realize that most dogs and puppies are given more freedom and treated better than some humans by the local government.
"Most of the people in Soap Lake are sweet, innocent old folks who have given up the fight for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They are retired pensioners that cannot afford paying more than six pennies for a puppy.
Sadly, the puppy was run over by a truck and trailer combination after Frank, its new owner, failed to keep the puppy on a tight leash. He tried to rescue the dog and in the process got hit by the vehicle himself and had to visit the doctor for stitches on his head.
He soon got another puppy from the owner of Happy Tails, a dog grooming facility, the only one of its kind in Soap Lake or Grant County.
Some say "It's a dogs life in Soap Lake!"
But I say, I am as happy as a puppy to be writing for the Examiner for Soap Lake.
