Social Security Administration Added as a Defendant in $500 Trillion Fraud Claims by Infinite Freedom Foundation

According to their web site where the story appeared and is being syndicated by Alex S. Gabor Syndicate, a distribution arm of the Infinite Freedom Foundation of Budapest, Hungary, “last month Former Senator and Deficit Commission co-chair Alan Simpson said this about Social Security, and by extension about government itself, "We’ve reached a point now where it’s like a milk cow with 310 million tits!"

According to Johnson, “We work and pay into Social Security all our lives, we pay our taxes, but when it comes time to retire our leaders say we're nothing more than freeloaders sucking off the tits of the "milk cow."

When the Deficit Commission met last and the National Organization for Women showed up and delivered 1,500 nipples to Simpson's commission. They called it "1500 Tits for an Ass."

From NOW's press release, "The Fiscal Commission should be led by someone who will actually try to address the federal budget deficit, instead of using it as an excuse to undermine Social Security by cutting benefits or raising the retirement age.”

Comes Now Karl Dean Chromy who has filed three lawsuits against the Social Security Administration over the past four years to add his name as Co-Lead Plaintiff in a Class Action Suit being supported by the Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County.

“We are in the process of preparing a proposal to the Soros Foundation, the Open Society Institute and Soros Fund Management, with a personal request to meet with George Soros Senior himself in New York, to help fund the legal expenses of continuing the $500 Trillion in Claims filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission by the Infinite Freedom Foundation.

Added to that request is for additional seed funding for opening up the spigot of the Social Security Administration to more than 180 million baby boomers around the world by deflating the national debt, wiping out the social security administrations’ deficits and funding the Penny Appreciation Fund further, which has been buying pennies for close to two decades under the auspices of the documentary film, “The Penny King”.

Karl Chromy says that, “The Social Security Disability Application Process is nothing but a monetary scam for lawyers to steal from the applicants. It is fraud and a conspiracy to commit fraud against America’s disabled”.

Chromy has been trying to collect on his disability claims in three separate legal cases in Portland, Oregon now for more than a decade. He was once a professional hockey player and mashed up his body one too many times against the glass by aggressive young kids moving up in the league.

According to Karl, “When you file for Disability, your application goes to Disability Determination Services and then goes through a process known as “Sequential Evaluation.”

Chromy has a Degree in Police Science from Northland Community College in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. He also went through “Disability Determination Services ‘Disability Analyst’ Training” as a student of Portland State University while doing post graduate studies by arrangement to the States of Oregon’s Vocational Rehabilitation Division.

“The process looks for a reason to issue the Denial and not an Approval. I thought they were supposed to help me. Not!” says Chromy with a gleefully strained laugh!

The org has been in development for more than 20 years and each year that passes the ideas and programs developed by the author continue to expand while the rest of the planet is in a big tumult about the global economy and how it has collapsed.

 

Many believe that the economy was collapsed deliberately by powerful finanacial interests while about as many believe that it was the power of the people and their penny pinching which brought prices down to more relatively real levels.

 

Over the course of the past few years the author has ever so slowly, almost at a snails pace, published more than 225 articles on the web with cross links to various aspects of the script known the world over as "The Penny King".

 

In the tradition of ancient story telling and mythological creations the Penny King has not only become an icon of the perfect person, he has drawn to him a vast network of people who not only agree with him and his philosophy, but large numbers of women who now want to dine on his dashing character and of course his infinite wealth.

 

This Penny King is today considered not only the wealthiest man in the universe, but has been billed as the world's first trillionaire - and that is where the story actually begins.

 

When he established the Infinite Freedom Foundation originally in 1988, it was still only a seed in his mind. It was not until 1991 until the New Beginnings Foundation was created in Washington State but later, around 1995 it was morphed into the Free and Clear Foundation of America and headquartered in Washington D.C., and then in March of 2009 it became what it is today, the Infinite Freedom Foundation so far only operating in King County.

 

Only the names have changed, but the ideas and programs remain the same and have gained greater popularity over time.

 

The number one directive of the Foundation is very simple: Help people!

 

So the first order of business on any given day of any volunteer who works for the Foundation is, "What can I do for you today fellow human?"

 

These then are the two standing orders and prime directives of the Infinite Freedom Foundation.

Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County has Filed a $500 Trillion Fraud Claim

The Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County has Filed a $500 Trillion Fraud Claim With the United States Securities and Exchange Commission related to the system of fraudelent banking that has evolved over the past 100 years.

More than 300 Million Americans continue to be fleeced of their hard earned pennies by a national government that has become part and parcel to the Octodragon according to IFFKCDirector Gabor S. Acs, Hungarian born trillionaire!


There is a new clause within the financial reform legislation which is offering big cash rewards to whistleblowers who report fraud and other wrongdoing at U.S.-listed companies and Wall Street banks.

Comes now the Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County, Global Management Arm of the International Bank Activities Reform Commission founded by Gabor S. Acs to file a fraud claim against more than ten thousand banks and financial organizations in the United States.

These groups of people operating under the heading of "banking" have fleeced more than 300 million Americans for the past 100 years as part of a massive ponzi scheme which has bankrupted the planet and put untold stress on billions of people.

Under the new SEC program anyone who provides a tip that leads to a successful Securities and Exchange Commission action will be able to collect between 10% and 30% of the amount recovered — as long as the total amount exceeds $1 million.

The Infinite Freedom Foundation of King County has hereby filed a claim of $500 Trillion Dollars against 10,000+ Commerical Banks that operate more than ten million money outlets for their continued fraud upon society around the planet through their employees, agents, electronic money transfer machines and computers connected globally through the world wide web!

This means the minimum payout is $100,000. The whistle-blower could be a company insider or a private investor, if they're able to offer information or analysis that leads to an action.

Potential payoffs netting millions — or even tens of millions — of dollars, experts are bracing for a huge surge in tipoffs.

The Infinite Freedom Foundation is the sole sponsor and financial source for funding for the operations of the International Bank Activities Reform Commission which is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

For the past twenty years IBARC has been investigating the networks of fraud created by a global web of banks which create money out of thin air and rob people in general of affordable housing, affordable food, affordable cars and transportation and even affordable health care through a gradual process of coordination of inflation of the money supply and monopolistic control of interest rates through chronic violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.

Money can be "extraordinarily effective" in getting people to blow the whistle when they see fraud, said John Phillips to a Time Magazine Reporter, whose law firm Phillips & Cohen LLP specializes in whistle blower cases.

In America, "Money is the law", said Gabor S. Acs, Director and one of the Founders of the Infinite Freedom Foundation!

The U.S. Government evidently agrees. "We expect the awards will prompt a significantly greater number of insiders to come forward with high-quality evidence of fraud," SEC spokesman John Nester told the press and Time Magazine.

Gabor Sandor Acs worked in the mortgage industry for ten years! He then investigated all the secret bank accounts of every politician and fortune 500 Company on the planet with the help and aid of L. Ron Hubbard and his international intelligence agents called Sea Org Members for the next twenty years.

"Banks and the banking system are the fourth dynamic engram that is and has been suppressing the planet more than anything at any time prior to now in history," said Gabor in a press release to all his friends at Celebrity Center in Hollywood, including Tom Cruise and John Travolta!

In the past, the SEC's whistle blowing program was limited to insider trading cases and offered only small discretionary, rather than mandatory, rewards ranging from 0 to 10% of the money recovered. "It was completely ineffectual, completely discretionary," says Phillips.

"We have the highest-quality evidence of fraud anyone can find after thirty years in the banking industry inside of it and outside of it", said Gabor.

According to the Time Magazine article, "The narrow scope and poor cash rewards generated little response: Since the program's launch in 1988, only 14 applications led to actions where a civil penalty was ordered, and only eight cash awards were handed out totaling $1.16 million, according to SEC officials.

"The largest award came last month when the ex-wife of a hedge fund adviser at Pequot Capital Management was awarded $1 million for her role in providing information that led to Pequot paying $27 million to settle an insider trading case involving Microsoft securities.

Microsoft, Bill Gates and Warren Buffett have both been under investigation by the Washington State Chapter of the Bank Activities Reform Commission which allegedly has evidence that Microsoft stock has been manipulated continuously since it first went public.

According to the Time Magazine Reporter, "this legislation extends the program beyond insider-trading cases to all securities law violations and, most importantly, offers bigger payoffs and therefore bigger incentives to speak out.

"People can report almost any securities violations, ranging from money laundering, accounting fraud and ponzi schemes to bribery. SEC will be looking at not only independent knowledge, but even analysis as proof.

An academic, private investor, or even a journalist or a securities analyst who conducts independent research and uncovers fraud based on that research could collect an award if their information is new and leads to an action. The key word is "collect".

Gabor says, "It is a broad and well known fact that almost all SEC Lawyers cannot perform even the slightest deductions of logic when it comes to sifting through data and very few lawyers have been trained in scientific logic and reasoning technologies, that is partly why the whole system of money on this planet has become suppressive to the best interests of the future of humanity.

According to Janet Morrissy, author of the Time piece, "You can have people who might have done analysis for academic reasons or personal trading reasons or research that they sell, that they may now... provide the SEC with an eye toward getting a bounty," quoting Paul Leder, a partner at Richards, Kibbe & Orbe LLP and former SEC official for 12 years.

"Leder noted how the options backdating scandal in 2006 stemmed from academic articles that described how the option grants to executives and board members were extraordinarily well-timed. The SEC picked up on the analysis and wound up filing dozens of cases against companies and executives."

"Even a CEO could squeal on his own company as long as he wasn't personally convicted in connection with the fraud. "Yes, to the extent that they themselves are not culpable," says Phillips. "You can't initiate the fraud and then go collect on it."

"Believe it or not some greedy bankers will set others up for falling on their own swords as this program is implemented", said Gabor.

Under the new whistle blower program, the Infinite Freedom Foundation is asking for a 30% reward of the $500 Trillion in Fraud Claims it has uncovered against the banking industry in America alone.

That's $150 Trillion just for reporting the system of finance that has bankrupted hundreds of nations and has bankrupted the planet overall.

When asked what the Infinite Freedom Foundation would do with the money it seeks Mr. Gabor said, "loan it back out interest free and finance the engineering of a 10,000 for 1 reverse split of all dollar denominated assets in the world.

"It's all about standards of weights and measures and without them no money system can be honest."

Using 1909 as the base year for a monetary standard of value for money and the regulation of its' future value, and comparing these figures with current prices of stocks, bonds, and basic commodities, the Foundation has shown through its' research that prices have been deliberately and with scienter been inflated by at least 10,000% over the past 100 years.

The SEC knew or should have known about this system of robbery since its' inception after the great depression.

Joseph Kennedy's family karma is further evidence of this robbery. Kennedy was the first appointed Chairman of the SEC which today has an annual budget in excess of one billion dollars.

Excerpts From An Open Public Letter to Police Chief James Dorris

James Dorris is the Chief of Police of Soap Lake, Washington where I have resided now since October of 2009. He has taken out a temporary restraining order against me and my neighbor, Mike Power, because he thinks he has the right to inhibit the freedom of the press, the freedom of speech and the rights of citizens, residents and humans living in Soap Lake.

Following are excerpts from a letter that is being delivered to the Grant County Superior Court and the Grant County Circuit Court on June 30th, 2010, wherein Mr. Dorris will have an opportunity to respond to public allegations of corruption, injustice, stupidity and ignorance.

Dear Mr. Dorris,

I appreciate the fact that your major primary role in Soap Lake as the Chief of Police is to keep the Peace and the role of the Courts is similar to yours.

Without Peace there can be no trust between humans. My sole complaint to you Sir as a highly intelligent citizen of Soap Lake is that you accepted an illegal order from the Mayor, Wayne (Hitler) Hovde.

You had no business being at my residence at any time during the past eight months unless you had probable cause and or a search warrant. There is mounting evidence all over Soap Lake from dozens of citizens just like me to indicate that you have violated their trust as a Peace Officer and further violated their civil rights.

You have no right to spy on the citizens of Soap Lake, or to hire surveillant subservient cronies to spy on others.

You have sent your little children (Junior Officers) to various places where I predictably attend to my own business matters, such as the Library, John's Food Store, Van's Coffee House, and other public places in Soap Lake, looking for me to see what I am up to.

It has been a fun game of cat and mouse but the curious cat, well, you know what happened to it through no fault of the mouse.

I have every right as a journalist to write, publish and speak freely, under the Constitution of the United States, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Code of a Scientologist, the Code of Honor, and many other religious texts, anything I so desire to write or publish.

Rather than attack me under the Color of Law, let me first set the public record straight, before I suggest a more positive approach to settling certain pending legal matters before various courts in Grant County, Federal District Court in Seattle, and the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

It is my observation and personal opinion, which I have every right to express both privately and publicly, unless you are a Nazi or a Communist, and you subscribe to the abuses of power which you have publicly demonstrated in your actions, that you Good Sir are incompetent!

You lack rational judgment and are incapable of gathering accurate intelligence in the performance of your duties as the Chief of Police of Soap Lake, a position of trust and public office which carries the responsibility of making sure that the public safety is maintained rather than destroyed.

You have been observed to take information completely out of context and then act upon it without consulting with any third party and your arbitrary decisions are the result of your own personal paranoia.

You have been observed in public as being incapable of communicating at an acceptable competent executive level of intelligence.

These are charges that are being brought out publicly on the Internet in various places and you cannot stop anyone from expressing their opinion unless you feel you have the right to be a local tyranny producing dictator of your own personal dogma.

That is what you are attempting to be as evidenced by your actions and the performance of your duties.

Your actions and inactions in fact have incited civil unrest in the neighborhood of Fern Street and it is only through the efforts of intelligent men with discipline and superior knowledge that there has not been a huge outburst of violence in Soap Lake.

Victoria, a great close friend of mine once upon a time got into raising guinea pigs because they have long hair and go wee wee.

She ordered some guinea pigs from this woman back East. They came in on a 747.

A Tiny Pig was the only one who had anything to say when she picked them up from the lady bringing them in on the airplane.

All the way home he would go scree, scree, scree so she named him Spokes.

Today he is the spokes pig in pig heaven!


Victoria's Story About a Dog and a Cadillac

Here name was Bridgette.

The old lady who owned her had died and Bridgette needed a place to stay.

Her quest led her to Victoria.
She put it out to God and God sent a new Old Lady.

Bridgette had documents that came with her that included her likes and dislikes.

Bridgette didn't like riding in an automobile. If she did she would become violently ill.

Victoria old the new old lady about Bridgettes likes and dislikes.

Victoria hand delivered the dog to the new Old Lady.

Victoria called the new old lady several days later to see how Bridgette was doing.

There are an infinite growing number of nonprofit organizations and nongovernmental orgs out there that have been adopting the word “Infinite” in their names.

If you Google Search the word “infinite” however you come up with less than an infinite number of names. More like 52 million results.

I was once asked by a News Reporter from the Tacoma News Tribune once why I have so many different names and aliases and so forth, which in his mind implied that I must be hiding something which is always a suspicion of paranoid people when they discover that you have aliases. Even more so if you have a powerful impact on any community, whether online or in real life.

“I suppose it’s because the post office never seemed to get my name right, the teachers that taught me the English language never seemed to get my name right, and after a while I just decided, hell with it, I might as well have an infinite number of names let alone one,” I told him!

Besides, having Infinite Personality Disorder can only be cured by having and focusing on one thing and living in one fixed way of life all your life right?
